Main responsibilities:

Assessment of club communications and promotional
activities according to their efficiency and

Target optimization of marketing activities based on
customer profiling and segmentation

Regular establishment of Key Performance Indicators
describing the customer behavior

Identification of key trends and criteria that
influence customer behavior like consumption and

Recommendations for new or improved marketing
operations based on analytical results

Spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can
generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to
the customer relationship

Add hoc analyses and projects on any matter that raises
questions at some point in time


Knowledge and professional

Degree in Mathematics / Statistics

2-3 years experience in data mining related

Very good knowledge of SAS or SPSS a

Analytical experience using software tools in a
business oriented environment

Outstanding analytical skills

Statistical competencies

Good software literacy

Comprehension of business issues and generation of
appropriate analyses

Strategic and pragmatic thinking

English fluent
