Main areas of responsibility:

  • Support of globally located, multi-cultural and multi-lingual end-users
  • Provide support for SAP application, being the first customer contact point
  • Represent the interface for customers to all supporting parties
  • Answer and register all incoming telephone/mail support requests on SAP services supporting Global Service Desk function as single point of contact for JTI employees worldwide
  • Provide consultancy to end-users in designated business process by answering ‘how to’ questions, advising of appropriate steps to be done to resolve a problem or corrective actions for problems that don’t require 3rd level support (configuration, development etc.)
  • Specialize in the one of the business processes within area of Purchasing/Sales/Finance/Production/Human resources. Investigate and resolve incidents in the area of specialization

Major requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages also desirable
  • 1+ year working experience with ERP systems, in the areas of application support and customer service. SAP experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
  • Basic knowledge of business and production systems
  • Ability to interact and communicate in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer oriented attitude, willingness to work in a team
