Marketing Communications Manager (outstaffing contract)

p>Role’s purpose:
Understands core Marcom strategies and aligns execution of Corporate Driven Customer Campaigns, audience and lifecycle campaigns, and audience programs . Develops a sub specific Marcom plan that aligns and incorporates corporate strategies. Manages and executes advertising, demand generation and relationship marketing programs with approved global and local agency mix. Collaborates with segment partners to understand campaign objectives and business goals. Develops and executes programs against sub level contact strategies and data requirements as well as analysis of ongoing campaign results. Works closely with sub Online Marketing Manager to ensure seamless campaign execution and shared strategy and content development.

Key responsibilities:
• Relationship marketing campaign or program plan
• Develop and execute planning process
• Create client input brief for agency
• Conduct agency briefing
• Conduct campaign de-brief or continuous program reporting

Experience required:
• 3-4 years marketing communications experience, Marketing BA, MBA preferred
• Experience managing vendor and/or staff preferred.
