To lead their activities, a Coberon’s client, leader in Teleommunication Technologies, is creating a challenging role in Moscow and is seeking an outstanding Business Developer. As the sole representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in Russia and in the CIS.

The Role:  

  • determine growth perspectives and evaluating business opportunities
  • implementing sales strategies
  • handling Sales Channels  / direct sales (full sales process)


  • strong Telecom background: Academic degree in Electronics/Computers or Business Administration
  • experience in the Russian sales Telecom arena (Telcos, MSO, Service Providers, Military and Large private networks) – 5 years min
  • experience in handling Sales Distribution Networks and Sales Channels
  • well connected and familiar with the Russia & CIS telecom organisations 
  • strong knowledge in ETH, IP, MPLS, SDH, Switching & Routing Protocols
  • maintaining customer’s satisfaction by performing sound cross-functional skills in developing sales, negotiating, presenting
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • excellent problem solving abilities
  • proactive attitude with strong attention to details
  • work experience within international companies
  • fluent in English
