Responsibilities
:

  • Managemnt of technical support team (currently 2
    employees)
  • Implementation of Help Desk system for bank’s users
    (Moscow and regions)
  • Maintenance all network services, including all remote
    Points of Sales
  • Ensuring for continuously business-processes
  • Cost control and cost reduction within your area of
    responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Work experience within Technical support group / Help
    Desk on manager position
  • Work experience with WindowsXP/Windows Server 2003,
    FTP/SFTP services, FileServer, PrintServer, network equipment
    (communicators, routing devices)
  • Knowledge of local network features, network services,
    routings, main network protocols, virtual network
    (VLAN)
  • Work experience with LotusNotes/Domino (client part
    only)
  • Work experience with server equipment IBM, virtualization
    systems VMWareESX, data archiving systems, distributed networks
    VPN, network equipment Cisco, IP telephony based on
    CiscoCME
  • Work experience within banks will be your additional
    advantage, as well as payment system administrator certificates
    availability
  • English level – not less than upper intermediate (able to
    pass the interview)
