In a large multinational FMCG company we are looking for a erson to the position of IT Operational Analyst .

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to ensure that the Business Systems needs for his/her country zone or function are clearly defined, understood and agreed.
  •  Assist the IT Operational Manager– Russia in ensuring that his/her country zone has the processes, organisation, governance and resources required to deliver its Business Systems needs.
  •  Assist the IT Operational Manager– Russia in ensuring that all Business Systems plans for his/her country zone or function are appropriate to the Area’s needs.
  • Deliver the Business systems needs
  • Work with business functions to properly scope, plan, resource and budget project activities, and manage budget at the end market level
  • Work with business function or business units in his/her zones to ensure optimisation of system usage
  • Champion usage of infrastructure products
  • Capture and communicate best practices in the end market
  • Manage process and system changes
  • Develop the capability within the IT Operations Team
  • Provide leadership and direction to other IT Operations personnel
  • Assist the IT Operational Manager– Russia in delivering input into global and regional forums, global strategy and organisations
  •  Develop & implement new tools, processes and ways of working

Main requirements:

 

                 

               ·         University Degree or similar level gained through experience

               ·         Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or equivalent sphere

               ·          English (spoken and written)

               ·         Project management skills

               ·          Acknowledged and proven leadership skills

               ·          Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills

               ·         Capacity to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

               ·          Understanding of long term business challenges, and knowledge of Business Services issues (project management, business intelligence, information management, etc.)

               ·         Well-developed information technology skills an advantage
