Kaspersky Labs is establishing a quality management framewok, which will provide general rules and policies and ensure consistent application of business process management activities through the entire Company. Day-to-day process management is performed within departments by dedicated or part-time staff. This position is intended to manage entire scope of activities related to business process management within the department at a global geographical level. Its ultimate objective is to establish and run the in-department quality management system in coordination with the corporate Department of quality management.Main responsibilities and duties:

For ЕЕМЕА Regional Division departments and KL Local Offices in EEMEA: ·         Manage cross-department process management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting ·         Manage Regional Process Management Team consisting of dedicated and or part-time staff ·         Oversee analysis, documenting, review, and reconciliation of specific business processes ·         Ensure that business processes are properly deployed, including training, piloting, and review of results, as appropriate ·         Plan and carry out process audits as necessary ·         Establish system of metrics, measurement tools, and reporting methods to track efficiency of processes (in coordination with the corporate Department of quality management) ·         Conduct health-checks and self-assessments of business processes ·         Drive investigating systematic and critical failures of processes, discover root causes, and ensure that corrective actions are developed and applied ·         Initiate changes to existing business processes and description of new business processes as required Liaise with regional and local staff, department of quality management, and other relevant staff on a daily basis to exchange information and coordinate activities   Requirements 

• Higher technical experience
• Education or courses in quality management or process management area is a plus

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a process manager (or similar position), preferably in an IT company or IT department, with demonstrated tangible achievements
• Managing the processes used by 30+ staff
• Experience of successful deployment of a process measurement system

Professional Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of concepts of quality management and process management
• Strong understanding of concepts of quantitative measurements
• Familiarity with internationally recognized standards, models, and frameworks related to process or process and quality management (ISO 9000, ISO 20000, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, etc.)
• Fluent English
