The leader of Russian software development market – LUXOFT
cmpany opens a position of a
Analyst (permanent position) at the
Moscow office in project for well known international Investment
Bank.

This role is to gather business requirements and manage
communications with business users from initiation through to
delivery within the Derivatives organization.

The role will involve:

• Gathering business requirements
• Providing business use-cases for designed
  functionality
• Participating in system acceptance and
  implementation
• Controlling system users satisfaction, collecting
  feedback
• Organising relevant project meetings to maintain project
  activities and co-ordination between groups
• Identifying Dependencies, Risks, Issues and implement
  mitigating steps to minimise their impacts on plans
• Complying with Bank standards and guidelines as
  appropriate requirements

Skills / Knowledge
Required

• Business Analyst experience from 3 years in delivering
  software solutions. Proven experience interacting directly with end
  users
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Experience of
  analysing and documenting complex business processes.
• Knowledge of  use cases, agile methodology (Agile,
  Test-Driven Development, scrums, iterations, show and
  tell)
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills,
  excellent spoken and written English essential, ability to
  effectively communicate with customers
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• General understanding of Java / C++, UNIX/Windows
  environments, database technologies, Oracle/Sybase.
• Understanding of financial services, investment banking,
  derivatives is advantage
