Required skills:
- Experienced user of Internet and WEB based services
- Understanding of telecommunications in general
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English writing and reading skills
Desirable skills:
- Fluent English
Experience:
- Up to one year of professional experience
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new user accounts in the database
- Configuration of account properties
- Analysis of available system resources
- Cooperation with finance and sales departments
- Cooperation with service providers (carriers)
- Making standard reports
