Responsibilities:
- Collct and analyze customer needs and budgets information, identify and assess MS sales opportunities and build sales pipelines for those opportunities to ensure the sales target to be met
- Build strong C-level relationships with and develop effective MS sales strategies and tactics towards selected customers
- Well maintain customer relationship and satisfaction to facilitate MS sales engagement and project delivery
- Manage MS sales engagement team, facilitate and support MS field sales key activities (i.e. C-level customer presentation, executive summary, etc) during the sales cycle
- Advise MS solution team to develop viable MS business cases, and present MS commercial offers to the customer, and support Due Diligence and contract negotiation where required
- Research, review and analyze MS market trends, business intelligence, and competition landscape, and manage marketing initiatives to improve MS sales efficiencies and effectiveness
- Lead and manage other key PS (Professional Service) sales engagements where required (in occasional cases) to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- University degree or above, MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years telecom operator or vendor experience with previous experience of selling complex service solutions to wireless & fixed operators in Russia. Proven track records in high value Managed Services sales
- Strong knowledge of telecom industry and its ecosystem, in-depth understanding of Managed Services marketplace and customer business drivers
- Exceptional business development skills with the ability to shape middle to long term strategies, develop effective sales pipeline and related tactics, and influence customer executives’ decision making
- Strong networking and relationship building skills with the ability to manage relationships within key stakeholders and CXO customers
- Outstanding communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver on-site and off-site presentations as appropriate, and lead, influence and drive complex negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects from the initial period to successful outcomes
