the place for you. BUSINESS ANALYST/APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR

JOB dESCRIPTION :

  • To develop the overall function of technology and/or
    information systems function in a defined area. Essential Duties
    and Responsibilities Conduct business/operation process study.
  • Analyzes alternate for processes/systems computerization and
    re-engineering in order to improve the productivity and efficiency
    of the processes/systems.
  • Co-develop business/operation processes and provide process
    evaluation and justification report to Business Analyst.
  • Evaluate and analyze computerized systems request for both new
    and existing computer system.
  • Provide business impact analysis to core project team and
    Business Analyst.
  • Develop new system analysis report for justification.
  • Details requirements and new systems’ specification and
    flowchart.
  • Co-develop test data, method and procedure for new systems
    testing.
  • Document test result, evaluate and benchmark with
    implementation data.
  • Coordinate new systems testing and give approval to systems
    implementation.
  • Develop system implementation plan by define timelines,
    resources, budgets and activities.
  • Follow Jabil IT standard to define priority, resource
    availability and procedure of implementation.
  • System performance optimization and tuning, Define system
    development scope and definition.
  • Ensure development efficiency and integrity. Implement the
    system and lead the system upgrade at site level according to
    project plan.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Posses sound knowledge in Shop Floor System Enterprise Resource
    Planning tools Material Resource Planning tools Relational Database
    systems systems development cycle methodology. Ability to
    effectively communicate with end users to identify and analyze the
    business requirement and recommend cost effective IT solution.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent in English. Advanced PC skills, including training and
    knowledge of Global and Regional applications used in Jabil.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
    correspondence, and memos.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills including
    both technical and business writing as well as documentation.
  • Possess the ability to present recommendations to technical and
    non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and decision making
    skills.
  • Must be an effective team player and be self-motivated and
    productive.
  • Ability to travel and provide off-hour coordination as
    required.
  • Must have a high degree of integrity, be customer service
    oriented, and able to resolve conflict.
  • Must be able to prioritize assignments without supervision.
    Achieve progress within available resources. Would prefer candidate
    to have 3 years of Jabil experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
    measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
    interpret bar graphs REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common
    sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or
    oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few
    concrete variables in standardized situations.

    essential functions of this job. Individual may be required to sit
    or stand for extended periods of time.

    vision using PC monitor, and reading of a variety of
    materials.
