Main responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationsips with some of company’s largest clients;
- Be in charge of business development within particular area/portfolio;
- Ensures delivery of great service to accounts (focuses on customer’s satisfaction, knows the customer’s business and workflows), acts as a single point of contact for clients;
- Define and execute account strategy;
- Accountable for retention of existing revenue;
- Measured on overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to the overall target by achieving the individual sales targets;
- Provide clients with information about Company services, new products and collect competitor data.
Key requirements:
- Proven successful sales experience minimum 3 years;
- Higher education (preferably in economics, finance or IT);
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of financial markets would be a great advantage;
- Customer relationship management experience welcome;
- Confident and competent in front of the client with the ability to talk to senior management comfortably.
